As a husband and wife team, we are able to give our clients double the support in buying or selling their homes. Jerry's expertise is the analysis of the real estate market and internet marketing. Linda's expertise is in finding the right house for the home buyer and negotiating the best purchase price.
Together, we will give our total attention to providing the best real estate consultation to each home buyer and seller. We began our Real Estate career in 2002 and work in Wake County and the six surrounding counties. This is the result of working with many relocating buyers moving into this area from all over the country.

Bought a Single Family home in Raleigh, NC
Linda and Jerry made themselves available 24x7 throughout the buying and closing process. Both were very professional and knowledgeable of the housing market in the surrounding areas. Both provided valuable professional contractors for any repairs or work that might be needed after the sale. Both did and outstanding job of keeping me updated on any changes, request for additional information, and the process as needed during purchase and closing. Both were very easy to work with and did a great job of making the process less stressful.

Jerry and Linda Boman were wonderful to work with in the purchase of our home. They listened attentively to what we wanted and needed and sought to help us find the right home.
